How Navo Tokens work
One balance covers every Navo tool.
The first request on a reference is charged in full. Each refresh or repeat request on the same item costs just 10 tokens. A summary or list of several shipments costs 10 tokens per unique reference it returns: one B/L, booking or container, so a B/L with many containers counts once. Port congestion costs 10 tokens per request. For schedules, finding the best sailings is priced like a lane search (80 tokens per new port pair, 10 to repeat within 24h), and line reliability and carrier details cost 10 tokens per request. Vessel lookups that are not tied to your references are free, and so are empty results and setting up alerts and webhooks. 1 token = $0.01.

Good to know
- One rate request covers all available carriers for the port pair, however many quotes it returns.
- Your balance is always visible in your account, and through the get_account_access tool in your MCP client.

- Unused tokens roll over to the next month. Nothing resets.
- Tokens left from earlier packs are added to your balance automatically.
